Saskia studied Educational Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and brings years of experience in learning and development within organisations. With a sharp pen, an extensive L&D network and a genuine passion for learning organisations, she knows exactly where the pain lies and how to make it part of the conversation. At 1BackPack, Saskia combines her pedagogical insights with a commercial instinct: she helps organisations recognise what goes wrong with knowledge transfer and what becomes possible when you approach it differently.

Sander studied Trade Engineering in Brussels and brings a wealth of experience as both a founder and leader of a previous company. Having firsthand experience with the challenges of effective knowledge management, he was inspired to create 1BackPack. Sander serves as 1BackPack’s operational backbone. As CEO, Sander ensures a perfect product-market fit by actively listening to market needs and driving innovation.
